Introduction:

The DrDoRo®Institute (the "Institute") provides a variety of services, including but not limited to educational programs, healthcare consulting and advisory services, and change management consulting, health coaching to empower individuals and organizations to transform healthcare in synergy with the natural environment. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Institute's website, online resources, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, do not access or use the Services.

User Responsibilities:

You are responsible for your use of the Services and agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
  • Be respectful of other users and the Institute's staff;
  • Not engage in any activity that is harmful, illegal, or defamatory;
  • Not use the Services for any commercial purpose without the Institute's expressed written consent;
  • Not use the Services to transmit or store any malicious software or viruses;
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or the Institute's systems;
  • Provide accurate information to the Institute when requested.

Intellectual Property:

All content, trademarks, and copyrights on the Services are the property of the Institute or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works of any content on the Services without the Institute's express written consent.

Payment and Billing:

If applicable, you agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services. Payment terms and billing practices will be communicated to you separately. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Termination:

The Institute may terminate your access to the Services, at any time and without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, your violation of these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services.

Changes to the Terms of Service:

The Institute may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised Terms on the Services. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the State of Texas.
